of our products that the products will be free from defects in
materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date
of purchase. This warranty applies only to properly installed products
under normal use and wear.
THIS WARRANTY SHALL NOT APPLY, AND HARTSON-KENNEDY
SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY, UNDER ANY OF THE FOLLOWING CIRCUMSTANCES:
- Damage due to improper installation.
- Damage to products after manufacturer's delivery.
- Damage due to heat in excess of 275 ° F.
- Damage from abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals.
EXCLUSIVE REMEDY UNDER THIS WARRANTY
HARTSON-KENNEDY CABINET TOP CO., INC., the manufacturer, will be
liable ONLY for the REPAIR or REPLACEMENT of any product returned with
transportation charges prepaid, if examination proves that the unit is
defective in material or workmanship, and provided that
Hartson-Kennedy is notified in writing of any defect not later than
two (2) years from the date of purchase. |
