that the products will be free from defects in materials and
workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase.
(This warranty applies only to properly installed products under
normal use and wear). THIS WARRANTY SHALL NOT APPLY, AND
HARTSON-KENNEDY SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY, UNDER ANY OF THE FOLLOWING
CIRCUMSTANCES:
- Damage due to improper installation.
- Damage to products after manufacturer's delivery.
- Damage due to heat in excess of 275 ° F.
- Damage from abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals.
