Web-Don, a Carolina based building supply company with over four decades in the Winston-Salem and Triad markets, is recruiting for a regional sales representative to serve the needs of our valued customers. We pride ourselves on the long tenure of our associates and the contribution they have made to our success.

We are searching for a territory sales representative who can build relationships and promote our premium product lines with existing and prospective accounts. With over 45 years in business, most of our sales reps have been here well over ten years with a nearly a third approaching 30 years with our organization. Those who come here make us a long-term home!

The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of successfully growing sales with B2B accounts. Experience in the building industry and familiarity with wood-working and/or kitchen and bath product lines would be a plus but not required. Candidates should be comfortable using technology to plan, conduct and record daily sales activities in an effective and efficient manner.

Responsibilities

  • Ability to effectively manage a large territory, prioritize accounts and remain focused on achieving monthly, quarterly and annual organizational goals.
  • Developing sales plans for assigned territory that achieves revenue growth with key products in targeted market segments.
  • Continually prospecting throughout the assigned territory for new account opportunities.
  • Partnering with inside sales and operations team members to ensure our customer’s needs are being fully met.
  • Creating, tracking and closing commercial project opportunities from design thru post sales phases.
  • Obtaining product displays at targeted accounts.
  • Updating samples and literature at assigned accounts.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of tangible product sales experience.
  • Has demonstrated skills creating long-term customer relationships
  • Has strong planning, organizational, and territory management skills.
  • High level of computer proficiency - laptops, mobile devices, data entry
  • Requires daily travel across assigned sales terrority. Occasional overnight travel.
